This location on Val Vista is my favorite! Everyone is great! Matt is always so kind and accommodating when I first pull my car up. Chris and Chantelle (hope I spelled that right) inside always greet me with a smile! Fernando and the guys at the finish line pay attention to detail and will fix issues promptly and with great customer service. Great neighborhood car wash!

This location is the best car wash I have come across in a very long time. Sean sold me a detail package when my car was shipped to AZ from AK. The service was amazing. My car was beautiful and Sean was there every step of the way. I pay for the monthly unlimited wash package and Sean knows my name every time I come in. He automatically sets the wash I like, the fragrance, and always has a smile and a laugh as we chat. He never pressures me to buy whatever the company has to sell, he just mentions the special then moves on. He is the reason I choose to always come to this location. Once I cut through the store, I run into the amazing Shantell! She is DARLING! Shantell greets everyone with a genuine smile, asks how my day is going, and chats so naturally with all of the people coming up to the counter. She is genuine, and I can tell she loves her job and really enjoys chatting with customers. I leave with a smile every time I come in. The washes are always done well, the interior almost sparkles when my car is finished. I also tend to go after work when the lines are not as long and the crew is not so busy. Thank you for hiring employees that like their jobs and treat customers

Ok so I go to the cobblestone for a quick touch up go thru the wash come out dry my car off n realize that the was ripped off my car emblem. So I tell the people inside only for them to have a big attitude and pissed at me they check the camera come back to tell it was already damaged they can't do anything about it. Mind you I was looking for them to fix the problem just wanted an apology at the least you know. If your mad at your job dont take it out on the customers not our fault you bring your problems to work

Please let the pictures speak for themselves! We paid almost $300 for a detail here and when we finally got our car we went right to another Cobblestone to clean up it ourselves! They took everything out of my side door to clean it and then left it on my floor. I had the “polish lotion” left in my door pockets and coming out of my buttons. We love Cobblestone and my husband and I both have car wash passes but honestly I am extremely disappointed in this service! They deserve the one star because at least the outside of my car looks good! Do not recommend any interior surfaces!

This review reflects my personal experience with this location. I have been consistently disappointed with the quality and safety of the Cobblestone car wash. The wash itself is extremely inconsistent, many times the machines dispense little to no soap, the wash cycle barely touches the vehicle, and the dryers fail to dry the car at all. For an express wash, the results are consistently inadequate. My larger concern, however, is the lack of maintenance and the safety hazards on the property. The equipment is visibly worn, and in my case, it caused actual damage to my vehicle. My car door was struck by the metal rack that holds the vacuum hoses. The protective rubber that should be covering the metal was missing, leaving an exposed metal piece hanging off. Because it wasn’t maintained, it resulted in a dent and a paint chip on my door. I notified management and corporate immediately, including reaching out directly to the manager, Brandon Pall. Despite multiple attempts, no one has provided a meaningful response. I requested to file a damage claim, but the company refused, stating they would not cover it because an employee did not physically cause the damage, even though the dam
